Dr. George Hepner is a native of Bolivia, and graduated from Queens College, N.Y.C. In 1976 he graduated from University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and completed his internship at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. He went on to receive additional training in neonatal-perinatal Medicine (1984-1986). Dr. Hepner is an active staff member of Baystate Medical Center, Mercy Hospital, and a courtesy staff member of Connecticut Childrens Hospital. Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Hepner is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Hepner joined Pediatric Services of Springfield in 1986. He enjoys all aspects of general pediatrics with a special interest in neonatal medicine and newborn care.

Dr. Hepner enjoys traveling and interacting with Families and is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays in East Longmeadow and every other thursday in the Wilbraham office.
