Please call and book those visits very soon slots are filling up very quickly. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY!!!! There are things you can do to keep from getting sick. Avoid close contact with others who are sick. Wash your hands often, using soap and water. Alcohol-based hand cleaners also work well. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Germs spread this way. Try not to touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the virus. Some viruses and bacteria can live for 2 hours or longer on surfaces such as doorknobs, cafeteria tables, and desks. Try to stay in good general health. Get plenty of rest, eat healthy foods, and drink lots of fluids. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> If you have a question please take a look at FAQ's or search on our front page by typing a question. If you still are having issues with finding your answer simply email the question to info@pediatricservices.org or click contact us in the upper right hand corner of the page. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Parents often wonder if their child is growing and learning everything they should be or if there is more that could be done to help their child. Developmental screening can answer those questions for a parent. A developmental screening is a combination of watching your child play with specific toys and parent questioning to assess your child's developmental level in the 5 major areas of development. It is administered by a trained specialist. We will begin, on August 17th, before every physical and well-child visit from birth through age 15 for parents to fill out a developmental questionnaire.

CPR for Parents
When:  Monday, November 01, 2010
Where:  WIlbraham
Dedscription:  Every parent should know how and when to administer CPR. When performed correctly, CPR can save a child's life by restoring breathing and circulation until advanced life support can be given by health care providers. Join us and become certified in CPR. Your instructor will use a baby-size mannequin to demonstrate how to perform every aspect of the technique, such as how far back to tilt your baby's head and just how hard to strike her back if she's choking on something. Practicing each step of CPR yourself — with an experienced instructor to guide you — will help you learn how to do it and remember what you've learned so you'll feel prepared in the event of an emergency. Classes are forming now for the fall please call the office for more information. 10/06/2009 at 6pm in Wilb. Multi Media Room Please call 4135251870 to book your spot today.
