All phone calls are answered in the East Longmeadow office and are then addressed accordingly. Please bring with you to your appointment; your up to date insurance card with the appropriate co-pay. For your convenience, we also accept all major credit cards. We accept most insurance plans excluding: Neighborhood Health Plan.

Pediatric Services is a modern pediatric practice serving children and families from birth through adolescence, focusing on wellness, prevention and education. Our desire is to offer excellent medical care with the highest levels of service and caring.

We are a dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and staff who work together to provide high quality medical care that is efficient and consistent, yet compassionate and responsive to the individual and family.

To provide our patients with the optimal level of care, our East Longmeadow and Wilbraham offices are implementing one of the most advanced clinical informations systems in the country, CIS Office.

For families transferring into our practice, please have your child's records sent to our East Longmeadow office before your first visit. This will enable our providers to have a complete medical history at the time of your visit. We have a release of records form available on our forms page for your convenience.

We value your time, therefore we do our best to maintain the appointment schedule. All sick patients are seen on the same day of your call, we appreciate your patience in the event of nonscheduled emergencies.

We are committed to offering minimal wait times, same day appointments and open access scheduling, and enough time with the doctor and our staff to answer all your questions and address all your concerns.
